Our Topic: Building A Successful Business: the Key Skills & Qualities Needed to Succeed
Over the years, the Works Team leaders have seen people who had very little experience that would lead one to believe they could become successful entrepreneurs build thriving businesses– even some of us! On the other hand, people who seemed to have lots of talent and experience that could be used in their businesses have “dropped the ball”, never really accomplishing much, and gave up.

We’ll discuss strategies to better utilize the skills and qualities you possess, and develop the ones you need.
