   Curt – I purchased your new Coaching eBook

   I’m looking forward to reading (studying) it – but I can’t “access” it. :>)

   – I saved the PDF link from when I was on the Download page, but when I click on it, it won’t open;

   – I also saved it to my Desktop – but when I click on the icon there, it asks me for a ‘Passcode’?

   Hoping you can assist me – NO rush.
