Absolutely, Dennyse! It's all about finding out who your "target market" is - those people who want what you have to offer, and then bringing them to you. The WorksTeam resources teach exactly that! Look forward to helping you and hearing more from you!

Hi Bryan,

Looks like an AlertPay glitch. I've submitted a support ticket and will let you know as soon as it's fixed. I'll probably be adding at least one other payment option soon.

Hi Bryan,

I have directions on the Members Home page and the "New Members Start Here" page on how to access your Dashboard and change your membership.

Just log in, then on the Members Home page you'll see a link to your Dashboard on the 2nd or 3rd paragraph. Once in the Dashboard area, you'll see a link, "Membership Details" on the left column. Click on that and then you'll be able to upgrade. Just click on the AlertPay logo to upgrade to the paid membership. If you set up an AlertPay account first, then you should be able to have the monthly fee deducted from the checking account you link to your AlertPay account. If you don't have an AlertPay account you can use a Mastercard, Visa or American Express for your monthly payment. I will be setting up a 3 month, 6 month and 1 year subscription this week too, for those who don't want the monthly deduction. It will be at a slight discount too.

Hi Wendy,

I just can't seem to find the link to up grade to full membership?
Do I have to use a credit card, or can I just have an automatic tranfer of the monthly $19.95 from my bank account?

I did find the application before for A Alert but for some reason, I can't locate it?

Regards,
Bryan

Bryan,

EST stands for Eastern Standard time in the U.S. and Canada, so the time zone for EST is the same in Toronto and NYC. Most of the Eastern states and Eastern areas of Canada is EST.

Hi Wendy,
So I can work out some time zones, I given you an example below:

Location	Local time	Time zone	UTC offset
Brisbane (Australia - Queensland)	Wednesday, 23 November 2011 at 7:00:00 AM	EST	UTC+10 hours
Toronto (Canada - Ontario)	Tuesday, 22 November 2011 at 4:00:00 PM	EST	UTC-5 hours
Corresponding UTC (GMT)	Tuesday, 22 November 2011 at 21:00:00
Please tell me the State you'll be conducting the webinars from? Then I can work out some examples from the time zone calculator.
Thanks,
Bryan

Hi Bryan,

We'll be having a one new topic each month for new webinars with live broadcasts at varied times for about one week, then the recordings will be available in the WorksTeam Library. For this month, their are times at 12:30pm EST, 9am EST, 10am EST, 8pm EST, and 9pm EST. If you have input for times that work better for Australia, just let me know and I can most likely add those times in the future. Paid members will also have access to the complete WorksTeam Library of over 250 hours of training 24/7. The WorksTeam Guide will help members navigate through the Library and choose which training recordings are best to view given where they are at in their business, and what they want to accomplish.

Hi Wendy,
Just wanted to test the waters at this stage, mainly to see how the time zones for Australia fit
with webinars US/Canada?

Please advise,
