Building Multiple Teams: Creating Systems and Utilizing Existing Systems for Greater Success 3/22/10

People who excel in network marketing, and in running their own businesses, are those who take initiative, seek out information and become independent as soon as possible. Your goal when building a team should be to help your team become independent leaders, and teach them to help their team to do the same. People who fail to accomplish that goal often reach a low level of success and then “plateau” because they do not have resources and systems in place to help their team, and burn out trying to do everything for their downline. When you are building team in more than one company it is essential for you and your team’s success.
